Duck-themed Pedal-boating in the Water Sports and Recreation Precinct
Part of a nine-kilometre-long waterfront promenade stretching across Hong Kong Island, the Causeway Bay waterfront is the newest area providing fun for the whole brood. Catch whimsical artworks by time-honoured Hong Kong artist Chocolate Rain. Enjoy the typhoon shelter area’s peacefulness at the Harbour Steps, the city’s first fence-free walkway that touches the water’s edge. Or, head westward to find the Water Sports and Recreation Precinct where you can rent duck-themed pedal boats and cruise around with the kids.
From The Park Lane Hong Kong, head north on Gloucester Road, turn left and keep walking on Gloucester Road until you reach the pedestrian footbridge on the corner of Canal Road East. Take the footbridge and cross over to Wan Shing Street. Keep right and walk towards the waterfront at the intersection with Hung Hing Road, about two minutes, until you reach the Water Sports and Recreation Precinct. Approx. 16 minutes.
